However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund policy to help clarify the process in the event that you are not satisfied with our services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are not offered for completed projects. Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns you may have before project completion.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins:
    If you decide to cancel the project before we begin any work (i.e., before the project timeline has started or we have delivered any design drafts), we will provide a full refund of the initial deposit.

  • Failure to Deliver on Agreed-upon Deliverables:
    If we are unable to meet the agreed-upon project deliverables or deadlines without valid reason (e.g., technical limitations), you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the portion of the project that was incomplete.

2. Partial Refunds for Work in Progress

If you decide to cancel the project after work has already begun, we will review the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation and determine the appropriate refund. Refunds will be calculated as follows:

  • 50% Refund: If the project is midway completed and you are not satisfied with the progress, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid, depending on the stage of development.

  • No Refund After Final Approval: Once the final website design is approved, no refund will be issued. We will continue to provide support as part of our post-launch maintenance period.

3. Custom Work and Digital Products

All services provided by InformationSandy are custom-designed for each client’s needs. As such, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or digital products delivered. This includes:

  • Web Design and Development Projects

  • Custom Web Applications

  • Website Redesigns

  • Content Management System (CMS) Setups

  • SEO, Marketing, and Other Digital Services

Once the work has been completed and approved, the project is considered final.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or disputes about the project, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. In the unlikely event of a significant dispute, we will review the case in detail and may consider partial refunds depending on the situation. However, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payments:
    As a standard practice, we require a 50% deposit before starting any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the website is launched.

  • No Refund After Project Completion:
    Once a project is complete and launched, no refunds will be issued. If you experience any issues or require revisions, we provide a 30-day post-launch support period to resolve any concerns.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
